smdc-odoo d98ff179d5 [IMP] l10n_sg: Change the Goods and Service tax rate

Starting from 1 January 2023, the Goods and Services Tax rate (GST) will
change and go from 7% to 8%

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
