This commit takes previously existing code and moves it to the new location where it will be currently used by the new website editor. Some SCSS rules were now necessary in both the frontend and the backend (i.e SCSS for o_we_shapes). Optimizations about assets will follow this merge. Some code were moved to new components (i.e reloadBundle moved from snippets.options to wysiwyg_adapter) And some code was taken away from widgets that will be removed (i.e edit.js).
