Ivan Yelizariev 4862bec68e [FIX] web: fix overlapping of Add, Expand buttons in export wizard ...

Some html structures are not well mirrored in RTL directions.
Fix it by changing it to rtl frienldy structure.

STEPS:
* switch to any RTL language
* open list view for any model
* click Action -> Export
