wan d60e6a1ab7 [ADD] l10n_be_invoice_bba: update reference fields

Task 1920906
remove the l10n_be_structured_comm field
random/date references will not be longer used
adapt for the last changes in account

closes odoo/odoo#29858

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
