Nicolas (vin) d2d900d043 [IMP] l10n_ch: move a tax group to noupdate

One of the tax group in l10n_ch was not set as noupdate
like the others.
This will move it with the others to keep things consistent.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.

Getting started with Odoo

For a standard installation please follow the Setup instructions from the documentation.

To learn the software, we recommend the Odoo eLearning, or Scale-up, the business game. Developers can start with the developer tutorials
