The payment screen should accept the keycode of the numpad decimal point key just the same as a regular period/dot key. Accepting the comma keycode also makes it usable for locales where commas are commonly used as decimal separators. The payment screen is hardcoded to only display decimal points and users cannot use thousands separators.

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:
$ ./odoo.py setup_git_dev
To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:
