having them read uselessly when accessing an account.move.line
recordset.
Use search and search_read instead of ORM __get__

Note on this commit:

This reintroduces what was reverted in 83b52e3a97 with an extra
fix in the call of `_prepare_reconciliation_move_line`. The second
parameter of the method call should be the amount in the company
currency since it used as debit or credit value.

A test is added.
