[FIX] account: no chart tests with minimum 1 journal

This is a fixup of:
- original commit: 0d48056d63
Fixed the execution of no-chart tests in sale_timesheet standalone
i.e. launching odoo with `-i sale_timesheet --test-enable`

- commit 6eed6a503b omitted those fixes

This commit put them in the parent class, since it is always useful to have
sale journals
