In the country of Bahrain, they have 3 and 4-digit zip codes. With the current implementation of the delivery module, they can not add 3-digit zip codes because they will be matched with some 4-digit zip codes, which is incorrect. For example, consider '101' and '1011' as two different zip codes related to two separate zones. If you add '101' to a delivery method, it would also accept '1011'.
