Juan Jose Scarafia cbfaa94e8f [FIX] l10n_ar: vat inclusion on invoice report

Prior to this commit the line amounts on the invoice report where including the VAT always. With this change we only include VAT if invoice needs to include it (_l10n_ar_include_vat)

Odoo
