Katherine Zaoral caeb40e39d [IMP] l10n_ar: l10n_ar_vat is a clean CUIT number

Save in l10n_ar_vat field the cleaun up CUIT number (without spacings,
dashes and points.

This way we can use it so sent it properly as a number to AFIP.

Odoo
