Swapnesh Shah c810b903d4 [FIX] account: mandatory field journal

Before this commit, `journal_id` field was not required on model/view, Creating record without `journal_id` is not allowed since it is required on `account.move`.

Now field is required.

closes odoo/odoo#60146
