Nicolas Martinelli c71bdddafd [FIX] account: make narration visible on journal entries

In v12, it was possible to add an internal note on a journal entry.

In order to retrieve this feature, we add the field in the 'Other Info'
tab. Note that this tab is only displayed for journal entries, not
invoices. Therefore, the same field is not displayed twice.

Odoo
