Katherine ZaoralandBruno Zanotti c402d9d82f [ADD] l10n_ar: creating data on the fly for tests

Add a generic common model for tests where we create on the fly all the
data used in the tests (for l10n_ar, l10n_ar_edi, l10n_ar_reports).
Also, move part of the initialization, helpers, and generic unit test
from l10n_ar_edi to l10n_ar.
