Raising an exception in a _constraint will now be properly considered as a failed constraint, and the user will see a warning popup with the exception message. Therefore it makes sense to translate the error as well, at least the not-too-technical part bzr revid: odo@openerp.com-20140130100716-qcbwy7ecnxj17718

in your source.list and type:
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install openerp
Or download the deb file and type:
$ sudo dpkg -i <openerp-deb-filename>
$ sudo apt-get install install -f
Installation on RedHat, Fedora, CentOS
