Romain Derie c1b6c95d8d [FIX] website_sale_coupon: hide qty spinner/input for reward line

Before this commit, a reward line in cart would have the same qty field/spinner
than regular line even if the field is readonly and the spinner qty disabled.

Now, as for a linked line (eg: optionnal product warranty), simply show the
qty without qty spinner and input.
