There used to be a middle column to allow for a border between the two columns, but this was selectable (not editable) with the mailing builder. `.o_no_editable` or other similar classes didn't seem to work. Instead, the snippet has been revamped by removing the middle column and adding a right border to the second column on each row. This border is not yet editable in the builder, so the user cannot adapt the width/color/style yet. Bootstrap classes for text alignment have been replaced w/ inline styles Part-of: odoo/odoo#95940
