Fix various use case of HTML encoding / escaping in mail flows. Depending on functional flow HTML entities could appear as they were not correctly managed as valid HTML. Notably when managing attachments in '_process_attachments_for_post' we should return Markup-ized HTML to be sure it is considered as valid in other post processing.
