Romain Derie b98b5e4d8b [FIX] sale: dead code (order state) from v8

Commit 94716a3 refactored 'sale.order' state selection in Odoo 9.0 but
the portal still used some deleted state values.

Closes #11164

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
