Aaron Bohy b8fb8ad3f0 [FIX] account_asset: never hide depreciation widget

Before this rev., the widget was hidden when the value of its
corresponding field (move_check) was falsy. However, it should
always be visible, regardless its value.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
