Currently when the warehouse is created the picking type are created with a fixed barcode that contains the warehouse code. Later, a warehouse's code modification will not impact the barcode on the picking type. However when a company is created the warehouse is also created with a default code. It's easier to modify all the barcodes when the code is modified rather than update picking type one by one. We expect users to setup warehouse configuation before starting to customise its components so it should not be problematic but it implies that a late configuration could impact small configuration on locations and picking types.
