FrancoisGe b81c9c707a [FIX] web: html field displays an empty string for the value false

Before this commit, in the list view, the html field displayed the value
false when there was no value.

How to reproduce:
- Go to a list view with an html field with a record that has no value for
  that field

Cefore this commit:
The value false is displayed by the html field

After this commit:
An empty string is displayed by the html field

closes odoo/odoo#111447
