Benjamin Frantzen (bfr) b3e9da31a1 [FIX] l10n_it_edi: fixed zip code check for the buyer

If the buyer is Italian, it must have a zip code of length 5.
If the buyer is not Italian, the zip code is optional

closes odoo/odoo#73883

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.

Getting started with Odoo

For a standard installation please follow the Setup instructions from the documentation.
