Tommy (tong) b24bc6dc06 [FIX] l10n_tw: translation cannot be applied on account data

Issue:

  - Translation cannot be applied on account data.
  - Replace icon with the one existing in the base module
  - Add demo data

Cause:

 Missing spoken_languages

Solution:

 Add back spoken_lanugages

closes odoo/odoo#93030

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.

Getting started with Odoo

For a standard installation please follow the Setup instructions from the documentation.
