Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses: In the sales module, when creating a new product, it is important to ensure that the product type is set to Service and that the invoicing policy is based on milestones. Additionally, selecting the project field is necessary to ensure that the product is linked to a specific project. Once the product is linked to a project, it is important to make sure that there is at least one milestone available within the project. Once the above steps are completed, creating a sales order (SO) and adding the newly created product will allow for the milestone stat button to be available in the draft state. Current behavior before PR: The inclusion of the milestone product triggers the visibility of the stat button. Desired behavior after PR is merged: If the state is draft, the milestone stat button ought not to be visible.
