Nikunj Ladava af1b3df986 [IMP] crm: add sales person and team on partner created from lead form view

When we create a partner on lead form view, the user and team are
propagated to the created partner, while they do not when we do the
same from lead kanban using quick create.

With this commit, user (salesperson) and team are propagated to the
partner created through lead kanban (quick create) as well.
