This commit introduces an almost completely rewritten kanban view. It was necessary in order to be able to render a different DOM to match the new design. It basically has the same features as before, but will render a different DOM. Three main differences, API wise, should be noted: * the way the kanban view components communicate has been changed. It now uses events, and event bubbling. * kanban records do not have access to the view, so every call to this.view should be updated * kanban templates are no longer wrapped in a div, so they should have a single root element for better result.

To add the odoo-dev remote use this command:
$ ./odoo.py setup_git_dev
To fetch odoo merge pull requests refs use this command:
