Michael (mcm) a8b13c2481 [IMP] web: add AutoComplete component

This commit introduces an AutoComplete component, which displays
an input and reacts to input events to display a list of suggestions
in a dropdown. The main usecase for this component is the Many2One
field.

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.

Getting started with Odoo

For a standard installation please follow the Setup instructions from the documentation.

To learn the software, we recommend the Odoo eLearning, or Scale-up, the business game. Developers can start with the developer tutorials
