Christophe Monniez a893a51771 [FIX] account: install all l10n modules in one pass

Before this commit, the test was installing l10n_ modules one by one in
a loop. Since the orm improvements, this fails because
button_immediate_function creates a new registry and the test setUpClass
still uses the old one, leading to a CacheMiss.

With this commit, the button_immediate_install method is used on the
modules recordset.

closes odoo/odoo#36105
