Hetashree Chauhan a5f31c324b [FIX] sale: reload targeted value

Before this commit:
when user set any target invoicing value he/she needs to refresh the
page.

After this commit:
As soon as user set the target invoice value it shows on the dashboard,
no need to refresh the page.

This commit is related to master bug
