svs-odoo a53344c34d [FIX] purchase_stock: duplicate partner_id key

In `account.move` `_stock_account_prepare_anglo_saxon_in_lines_vals`,
the `partner_id` is set two times, following those PR:
  - odoo/odoo#75038
  - odoo/odoo#84468

closes odoo/odoo#86154
