The commit https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/c877cab866f2c1968f4f9aaf8ceebc02fa014eed has recently refactored the css of the kanban column progress bar making the rules for o_legacy_kanban_counter be applied only in legacy kanban views. This lead the style of the progress bars in activity view to be broken.
