Victor Feyens a3505e72c5 [IMP] hr_holidays: improve allocation count performance

PURPOSE

Improve performances of various Odoo code bits.

SPECIFICATIONS

Use a read_group to compute the allocation_count, allowing to speedup
computation by doing it in batch.

Odoo
