Before this commit, with the synchronization with Outlook active, it was not possible editing the organizer of an event to a different user than yourself or even creating a new event with a different organizer because Outlook didn't accept the change. After this commit, it is possible creating a new event with this characteristic and changing the event's organizer to a different user too.
