This merge is a manual FW of odoo/odoo#110728 In this merge we add tests as done in 16.1. They are updated to match some recent changes done in the mail composer. This includes notably the usage of 'res_ids' field, rewriting of values generation, renaming of some fields, ... See odoo/odoo#99482 for more details. We also provide some fixes, following the merge of this composer cleaning. Finally it also prepares ground for the update of composer to use editable stored fields.
