Nicolas Martinelli 9f2e1f59d9 [FIX] hr_payroll_account: payroll precision

When the Payroll precision is higher than the currency precision,
accounting entries are inconsistent: debit or credit fields use the
payroll precision, while the balance uses the currency precision.

We make the AML consistent by forcing the currency precision.
