By being lazy loaded, the DateRangePicker library's CSS files where loaded after the Odoo specific customizations (bundled in the common assets), resulting in some CSS rules being overridden by the one from the library. This commit fixes it by removing the lazy loading of the library's (S)CSS to be able to handle their loading order. Also as our customizations requires SCSS pre-processing, they can't be lazy-loaded.
