Purpose: new menu organization

 * Dashboard (only for officer and manager like currently)
 * New Request (= leave requetss in calendar view)
 * My Leaves
 * Leaves Summary
 * Leaves Requests (in list view)
 * Allocation Requests
 * Managers (current menu is ok)
 * Reporting (current menu is ok)
 * Configuration (ok)

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
