Arnold Moyaux 99ad3d1c59 [FIX] mrp: traceback on production without BoM

Usecase:
- Create a production order without BoM
- Add a component

-> Traceback

It's due to a compute that try to access the UoM
while it's not set

closes odoo/odoo#74177
