Xavier Morel 996cb85c27 [FIX] *: mass replace known t-raws by t-out

* QWeb bodies should be markup-safe so `0` should always be
  markup-safe.
* `head` is qweb-rendered so the same.
* The `json` pseudo-module in qweb templates is `json.scriptsafe`,
  which should be markup-safe.
