Before this commit, transient messages were inserted at the wrong position. Steps to reproduce: - Send a message on a channel - Execute the `/help` command - The transient message is positioned before the message that was sent first. When a message was posted, the message fetch route was called and the transient messages were inserted again. They are two issues here: - Messages should not be fetched when posting a message - Transient message index is wrongly computed when it is the last one.
