Kartik Chavda 960e79f843 [FIX] project: display Gross Margin button if analytic_account_id is set

The purpose of this commit is to only show 'Gross Margin' stat button
in right side panel of project update when analytic account is set
on that project.

So, in this commit we add a condition in order to only show that stat button
if an analytic account is set on that project.
