Nicolas Martinelli 95bc27b1cb [FIX] point_of_sale: access to rounding

- Create a user with only Point of Sale / User rights
- Open a POS session

An AccessError is raised on `account.cash.rounding`.

We add he access right: the user should be able to read the cash
rounding configuration.

Odoo
