Chong Wang (cwg) 956cdd8a22 [FIX] web: fix translation dialog alignment

before this commit,
in the translation dialog for a model_terms translated field, English term and
translated terms are shown in different rows

after this commit,
An English term and its translated term are in the same row.

Odoo
