Nicolas Martinelli 9405a1b6e3 [FIX] account: invoice sequence

- Create a user with 'Billing' as only right
- Create an invoice with this user

Errors pop up, `CacheMiss` blablabla.

This is because `invoice_sequence_number_next` and
`invoice_sequence_number_next_prefix` are not set.
