aliya 91c99b6653 [IMP] l10n_lu: adapt tax report to 2023 updates

Luxembourg added new fields and modified some rules for VAT reports: monthly, simplified, and annual.
- Add new fields
- Adjust formulas

Odoo

Odoo is a suite of web based open source business apps.
