Swapnesh Shah 8e1fdb209c [FIX] mail: add missing context

context was lost while replacing field `email` during https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/d62d1e23c876b6154d1ef8d972a482e280430f34/addons/mail/views/res_partner_views.xml#L16

With this commit, we add the same context which is present at the original field at https://github.com/odoo/odoo/blob/12.0/odoo/addons/base/views/res_partner_views.xml#L260

closes odoo/odoo#60955
