std-odoo 8cde946b05 [IMP] web: make the property tags component more reactive

Purpose
=======
The debounced timeout is useful for the auto complete when it's used for
many2one and many2many because it makes RPC calls.

But for the property tags, we don't need this timeout and it will make
the component more reactive.
