Before this commit, unpinning a thread from the discuss app would keep its related chat window opened. This PR solves this issue. Steps to reproduce (non channels): - Open a chat window (e.g. sales channel) - Go to the discuss app - Leave the sales channel - Get back to the home menu - Chat window is now the "New message chat window" as the thread has been removed but the chat window was not closed.
