vha-odoo 89d5628c9d [FIX] mail: remove unnecessary gap between fields

prior to this commit :
there was a big gap between subject and recipients in mass mailing

with this commit:
the gap has been removed by improving css related to  mail emoji
drop-down (resopnsible for this gap).

closes odoo/odoo#54940
